Dental Dynamics was established by Dr. Mo Saleh in 2001 in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In 2011 a second location was built in the downtown Pearl District of Portland, Oregon.
Since most of us do not look forward to visiting the dentist, Dr Saleh’s philosophy is focused on giving patients their best dental experience. His passion is to provide patients with the best in quality and service, and be a leader in innovation. We offer a five year replacement warranty on all dental implants and fixed restorations. This warranty includes dental crowns, dental veneers, dental bridges, dental implants and dental implant restorations. The only requirement is to maintain your regular cleanings and exams.

We know that patients do not look forward to going to the dentist; therefore we have made every effort to turn the traditional dental experience on its head. When you come to our office, expect to be offered an espresso latte, mocha, or cappuccino. We also have bottled water, juices, and sparking water in addition to wide selection of herbal teas. In addition we offer access to IPads, movie glasses, paraffin hand wax treatment, security blanket, wireless internet access, and even a Mac as well as PC laptops in the reception room.
Most Innovative Dentistry
Dr Saleh was among the first to bring 3D Cone Beam CT dental imaging to the Pacific Northwest. In fact Dental Dynamics was credited with the installation of the first of such technology by Prexion 3D imaging from Japan. Dr Saleh was also the first dentist to bring metal free dental implants, “CeraRoot”, to the Pacific Northwest. We were also the first to integrate smile simulation technology, laser dentistry, digital x-rays, and Cerec technology (same day crowns). Dental Dynamics continues to be the leader in innovative solutions that can improve quality of our cosmetic dentistry and enhance the patient experience.
Our Approach to Dental Fear and Anxiety
Chances are that you or one of your loved ones will avoid the dentist due to dental fear and anxiety. Over the years our entire team has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the magnitude of this problem. We want to learn about your past dental experiences and how or when the fear first developed. We want to learn the triggers of your fear; Is it fear of pain? Dr. Mo Saleh’s Dental Practice
Portland dentist, Dr. Saleh earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University’s School of Dental Medicine in 1998. He has since established two state of the art practices; one in Lake Oswego and one in the Pearl District in Portland. These practices focus on implants, sedation and cosmetic dentistry.
Over the years, Dr. Saleh’s genuine commitment to patient care, advanced learning and the integration of the latest in technological developments into his dental practice has earned him the high level of admiration by both patients and colleagues. He has trained numerous dentists in the areas of implant and sedation dentistry and actively mentors many others.
Dr. Saleh has been credited to be among the first to bring Metal Free Dental Implant technology into the United States and the first to do so in Oregon. In addition, he was the first to acquire 3D Cone Beam Imaging technology from Japan, now considered the standard of care imaging tool for diagnostic and surgical planning of dental implants. He was also among the first to utilize placental tissue grafts to replace and repair gum and periodontal tissue.
Honors and Service
Dr. Saleh was awarded the fellowship award by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and The American Dental Implant Association. Recently Dr. Saleh received a Diplomate Honor by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists as well as Mastership and Diplomate Awards from the American Dental Implant Association.
He continues active membership in the following organizations:

His Philosophy
Dr. Saleh built a solid foundation in implant, cosmetic and sedation dentistry by training alongside many of the most admired and respected pioneers in these fields.
Dr. Saleh takes particular pride in assembling a dental team that shares his passion and dedication to patient care and dentistry. After treating fearful dental patients for over 12 years, he and his entire team have developed a deep appreciation and compassion for fearful dental patients. His philosophy of devoting the same diagnostic attention to dental fear and anxiety as to teeth, has led him to be among the forerunners in this area and has made him a first choice among fearful and anxious dental patients.
When he is not pursuing his passion, Dr. Saleh enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Rima Shaer and his children. He also enjoys many sports and engaging in team building activities with his dental team.

Dr. Rima Shaer earned her dental degree from OHSU. She graduated at the top of her class with high clinical and academic honors including The Oregon Academy of General Dentistry Senior Dental Student Award and induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Shaer has a gentle and caring approach to dentistry. Her attention to detail as well as her desire to further her knowledge through continuing education sets her apart as an exceptional clinician of General Dentistry.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, The Oregon Academy of General Dentistry,and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
When not pursuing her passion for dentistry, Dr. Shaer enjoys volunteering in the community, watching movies, playing sports, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) Press Release
Dr. Mo Y. Saleh of Lake Oswego, OR earned Diplomate status within the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) on August 19, 2011.
The awarding of Diplomate status if the highest honor a professional society such as the ICOI can bestow on a dental professional involved in oral implantology. The ICOI conducts a Diplomate program in which active members are encouraged to achieve Diplomate status through their efforts in education, research and actual clinical experience. Advance Credential Committee interviews and testing are required. All Diplomates of the ICOI may choose to list the designate “D.I.C.O.I.” after their names.
The International Congress of Oral Implantologists is a tax-exempt, non-profit, dental educational organization. It is dedicated to communicating scientific knowledge and improving the clinical practice of dental implantology worldwide. The ICOI has public information programs, publishes a bimonthly journal and quarterly newsletters. It conducts numerous scientific symposia each year and supports research through its Implant Dentistry Research and Education Foundation (IDREF).
